Grace Balsley

Education: Grace graduated from Brainerd High School in 2020, and is currently studying at Minnesota State University Mankato. She is majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. She attended University of Minnesota Duluth in 2022 Fall semester.
Certifications: CPR certified and Concussion training certification

Dance Experience: She started dancing at the age of two at Just For Kix in Brainerd Minnesota. In high school she was a four year member of the Brainerd High School Dance team, The Kixters and captain her senior year. She is trained in multiple styles of dance including: hip hop, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, kick and pom. She has received multiple awards in high school such as All-State, All-Conference, All tournament and was awarded the firecracker award and 3rd place in the kick competition at High School dance camp her senior year. She danced for two years on the Mankato Dance Team where they double won UDA nationals in Orlando, Florida in the open pom and jazz division in 2022. She taught at Brainerd Just For Kix for 7 years. She coached the Faribault High School dance team and the Duluth East high school dance team and is now returning to coach Fairbault in their winter season this year. She is on Camp staff for Just For Kix and she spends her summers working at High School and Youth camps.

Fun Facts: I have two English Golden Doodles named Millie and Henry. I love being outside in the summer and my favorite ice cream is cotton candy.
