Education: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Iowa State University with an emphasis in Physical Activity and Health Promotion.
Certifications: Dance Instructor Certification from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, CPR Certified, Health Coach Certificate

Dance Experience: I began dancing at 5 years old at New Prague Dance Company and danced competitively from elementary school all the way up until I graduated in 2016 from TTPDA. I have a dance background in ballet, lyrical, tap, jazz, hip hop, pom and kick. In college, I was on the Cyclone Hockey Cheer Team at Iowa State all four years and was a captain for three of those. I have had the privilege to attend various dance conferences to continue my dance education such as Dance Teacher Web Conference and DanceLife Teacher Conference.

Favorite Dance Genre: Jazz and Hip Hop – I love high energy dances that bring out the biggest smiles and facials!
Personal: I was born and raised in New Prague and graduated from New Prague High School in 2016. I went to Iowa State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2020. I currently live in Lonsdale with my fiancé Greg and our 3 fur babies. In our free time we enjoy being outside, hunting, and spending time with our families. I have had the honor of growing up dancing at TTPDA, being an instructor at TTPDA for the last 10 years, and now get to share my passion for dance and continue leading the strong legacy of dance in this community.
Fun Facts: I hate ketchup. I have to sleep with socks on. I can do the worm.
